It’s all part of our common pilgrim journey. The years spent in the far country, either absent from the household of God in the body or wandering in the doubt that saturates the mind. Wandering seems the only pathway to death, and death the only pathway to resurrection. This Sunday, we’ll explore the pilgrimage we all take to the feet of Jesus, and find in the end the inextricable, unconditional, and absurd love of God that runs to us even as we find our way back.
